Country should first appeal and give chance to get voluntarily return or refund of money.
Country should seek help of every Indian to get back misused money.
While, getting the job timely and respectfully done, lot of problem must have been faced by the organizers.
Organizers know well as who have misused the INDIAN TAX PAYERS MONEY.
Investigations and committees, courts and supreme courts> this is again going to be dent on TIME AND MONEY OF INDIAN TAX PAYERS.
